Terms and Conditions of Sale
We are committed to providing our customers with great products and services at great prices. The following terms and conditions of sale apply:
- Buyer must be at least 18 years of age
- No returns or exchanges after 15 days
- Returned or exchanged items must be in original un-used condition with all packaging, documentation, and accessories
- The original sales receipt must accompany all returns and exchanges
- Returned and exchanged items are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee
- No returns or exchanges on the following: products with an engine, batteries, electronic and electrical products, safety products (e.g., helmets), or used items
- Service and shipping fees are not refundable
- An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for all returns and exchanges
- Shipping and transportation costs to return or exchange an item are the responsibility of the buyer
- Refunds are issued by credit card for purchases made with credit card, and by check for purchases made with check, debit, or cash
- Refunds can take up to 30 days to process
- Special order cancellations are subject to a 30% cancellation fee
- Restocking and cancellation fees will be deducted from the amount refunded
